It certainly improves the look, although to my mind the only look on the Bongo which cries out for improvement is the front aspect.

The front styling is much better on AeroNut's model than the earlier ones.

If lowering makes the ride less comfortable, I would rather keep a softer ride and also not lose the facility of crawling underneath without jacking. I changed the exhaust (mid and rear) merely with two wheels up on the kerb. For that reason I would also pass on body kits. Every so often something crops up that necessitates a quick shufti underneath at the the roadside (like has that oil/water come from me or someone else).
