WHAT TO CHANGE OIL, OIL FILTER AND AIR FILTER.

Would like to know what is the Proper Oil to use for my Ford Freeda 2.0 Petrol and where to get it? Also thinking of changin Oil and Air filters, again where to get them and do i need to do the fuel filter aswell? Do the 2.0 Petrols have spark plugs, if so, again where to get them and what is the usual price for the stuff.
