Bongo Fury

Hi, Technical help required please for my Bongo year 2000, 2.0 litre,petrol.
I believe the oil is 10w/30 is that semi synthetic or fully synthetic The reason i ask is that i already have some 0w/30 fully synthetic & would like to know if that would be ok to use
Also does anyone know the correct setting for the sump plug please
Any advise would be very useful to my hubby,who will of course be servicing the Bongo

We have a 2 litre petrol and we always use Castrol Magnatec 10W - 40 which is a part synthetic oils but 10W - 30 would be fine. The other question you ask about is always done by a mechanic so no idea.
