hi all,

new to this site but a bongo owner for quite a while.

my bongo has 2 rows of seats with floor rails running front to rear full length, the front row of seats has been reversed to face backwards but i can't work out how. any clues?

Also how are the seats removed, are they slid out through the tailgate? if people convert to a camper van do they remove their seat rails before putting a plywood floor in?

apologies for the many questions, lol.

cheers

Steve

removing seats on this Faq, last link - http://www.igmaynard.co.uk/bongo/forum/ ... =43&t=9562

Some remove the rails to fit floor, some work around them if they want to retain flexibility - http://www.igmaynard.co.uk/bongo/forum/ ... r+flooring

See the topic at the top of the converting to campervan section. Someone has a very similar query there.

Regarding whether people remove the rails when converting, some do and some don't. If you go for a new bed/seat frame I think it's normal to remove the rails (I have). Other's modify the existing seats and move the rails.

thanks for the tips guys, the last link on the removing seats FAQ , the one from dvisor is perfect. given what he says in the discussion, i might actually leave mine as they are for the time being.

thanks for your help
