My dad is just fitting an alarm to my bongo...all going well as he has done it before on cars...but..the alarm instruction is saying to go to the indicator switch to connect the wires (which is different to how he would normally do it). Apparently there a loads of wires there, does anyone know what is the colour of the ones actually connected to the indicators????
help!!

It should be green with a black stripe for one side & green with a white stripe for the other..

Thanks Steve, I too am in the middle of fitting an alarm and the above is very helpfull.

I have the wiring CD but can't find any reference to cable colours(perhapse I missed something) so can anyone please help me identify the ignition controlled 12v+ that stays on in the start position as well as accessory.

All wiring on the Bongo seems well protected (difficult to access), does anyone have a view on whether it is easier to connect at the fuesbox or steering column?

ive had a alarm fitted not long back, and the fitter wired all the wires around the ignition and said that was the best place to wire it but it was a fiddley job.
