Thanks Ady! However none show the blade end only the push-on end (and they all come from my site :-) )!

Anybody in a position to measure the width of the Tab on the blade connector on the loom end ? The one fitted on the end of the link seems to be different from the EU and USA standards, would hate to fit one that is slightly smaller in error!

Just follow the Fusible link on the +ve battery terminal down to the connector, pull it apart and measure the width of the tab;
Image
The female end appears to be a rare Faston 0.312" style, which is slightly larger than the standard 6.3mm but less than the 8mm :-(

Sorry for delay.
7mm measured at the female end.

Ah right, really is the Male end as in the image I need as that's what should be the same on all the vehicles.

Right that's what I needed, must be the Faston range in that case but not it seems the 0.312" which is 7.9mm wide, hopefully however it will fit the female one of that size as I can't find any others!
Thanks for checking!

Anybody able to supply a picture of the Spade terminal end (the male bit on the wiring loom itself - the bit that the bits below go into) of the fusible link ?
The only housings for the connectors I can obtain are these (White) which are non-locking and don't appear to have the two grooves on the side opposite the locking button (Black original) :-( Concerned that the original housing might not accept the current style of housing .....
Pictures looking down the "throat" with the inside bit visible would be great!

OK found an identical one on the V6, now to try and find a shell that fits and is available at a sensible price ... ummmm

Right well after chatting with TE Connectivity aka Tyco about availability of the original plastic housing (Black type below) it appears that is the cause of the demise of the component availability, they no longer have any stock - they would be willing however to re-tool etc. at a cost ...... no I didn't even ask what the MOQ was!
So we have come up with a suitable solution in red below i.e.;
Image

A quick test of the actual fusible wire link inside the extra insulation is shown below - not the final version, no support for the glass fibre insulation,
but a little more testing is needed before I start production, mainly to check the actual safe current handling to make sure it doesn't fail while handling the expected currents ;-)

Oh no! I hope nobody wants one of these sills? It's the one beneath the driver door, the offside front bottom sill. Shown as 70-270 on Lush page 5340A.

Now classified as "No Longer Available".

No longer available. Rear internal light lens cover, the one inside the tailgate on the near side. :-|
