CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR CAMPOUT

SATURDAY 22nd DECEMBER 2012 ... till TUESDAY 1st JANUARY 2013

This pub has been frequented by many forums and thier members over the years.
All giving good reviews.

Approximately 5 acres of level and properly drained field.

All the usual ‘mod-cons’ including:

•Full Electrical hookups
•Water Points
•Toilet Block with basic shower facilities – Being upgraded throughout 2011

Why not visit the beautiful Essex countryside and enjoy a relaxing drink in good company at the Huntsman and Hounds.

The pub is a magnificent example of a 16th century thatched country pub set in lovely gardens.

We boast an excellent selection of well kept beers, wines and lagers, home cooked food is available 7 days a week, both lunchtimes and evenings.

The landlord, Jim McGrane, always provides a friendly welcome, and can accommodate most requests including buffets and barbeques.

To the rear of the pub is a 5.5 acre field with all the facilities required for caravan rallies and special events, including wedding receptions where a marquee is available at very reasonable rates.

With the addition of the wireless internet access you can use your WiFi enabled laptop to check email or surf the web, hold your business meeting in this relaxed atmosphere.

I know I have posted this for a week.. however Im sure you can specify your own...

I've got this pencilled in Fred but it would only be the second half (New Year) and it would depend on the weather! Essex is a fair way at that time of year.

But I'll keep an open mind - no one else has started a New Year meet - yet!

A fiver per pitch per night INC LECCY... its a great price as we will be using the pub.

That's a cracking deal, but sadly family commitments will keep us here at Christmas.

We might be interested for the one night NY's eve but have to check out the situation with kiddy weekends.

Sadly, no can do, fully booked with family and work, but have a great time.

How many leccie hook-ups do they have?

I haven't a clue what I'm doing yet, but Christmas will be a no-no - could be up for New Year, but I probably won't know until December.
