Trying to find out the source of the constant pain in her side where her gall bladder and some stones were removed in 2005. Xray at local hospital 5 months ago showed nothing,(waiting ever since for an MRI scan). MRI scan yesterday at private hospital, endoscopy next week ditto. Mostly paid for by my backup medical insurance with Benhealth Care (formerly Post Office & Civil Service Sanitorium Society).

Someone has to say at home and look after the cat which June refuses to put in to an unheated cattery for a day or two during the winter.

Fingers crossed. [-o<

Sorry to hear about June's health and all the travel that is required. If you can't make it, let's arrange mini-meet in South Queensferry, Culross or somewhere like that.

I'm afraid I'm pulling out of this one. The boys here can't make it and I'm fighting off man flu (not doing a very good job, either). It's not the right thing to do this weekend.

I felt a bit so so on Sunday after being out in the cold all Saturday afternoon, but being an oldser I've had the flu jab for this winter. But then unlike you Matt I did not spend last Saturday afternoon lying under Mike Bongos Bongo.

Ah! well, it's January then. :D

That is a physical impossibility. If you were lying under the van the coolant would be dripping 'down' your sleeve.

Sorry to hear that Matt. My Wife is still suffering an allergic reaction to a flu jab she had 3 weeks ago.

Sadly there's no word of our Freda being completed, so we're out too.

We hope the weather's kind and y'all have a great time :D
Freda now gone, :-/ But nice wee Burstner obtained ;-)
