Forth rail bridge(folks jumping off on sun 21st oct for char

Hey all you guys and galls who fancy seeing my good lady and lots of others descending from the rail bridge this Sunday come along foc.could be a bit of a good laugh,if you ain't doing it,,,,start am don't know for how long .could be a nice wee rally for bongos?

Sunday morning we think from about 11.00till poss 15.00 hrs or a outs then under the rail bridge at the Hayes inn area. Hickupppp!,,,,,,!!!!!!!!!!yippee may be a few bongos there. ?

Don't think we'll make it today. Good luck to your other half. Depending on the fog, she may or may not be able to see the ground when she jumps off. :shock: :lol: 8)

A guy I know used to abseil off the bridge to get his fish and chips and an ice cream, and then climb back up the rope again to work. Sounds like fun!

Well that's the mrs up and bongo filled up with tea.coffee and sandwiches .oh yes and the mutt wi it's coat on,getting set to go tHink there is a squeeky bum on the go
Here's hoping for a good turn out (all for various charities)

Well that's the abseil done,very heartening too see so many giving up time etc to various charities well done to all who participated.great weather,beer good priced at the hawes inn,my better half on lowering down from rail bridge spotted a green bongo with ladder rack stopped at the rear of me bongo at the ferry.no bongo card left if it was you and you came to see them absail thank you for your support sorry I never met you.they reckon in xs of 60k for heart and stroke plus other charities also raised dish ssuuppeerrbb well done ye all

Thanks for that Kim no probs hope you had a good time up north if it was like here happy times yeah.saw your posts looks like you've got your susp probs sorted .makes a difference crossing the road bridge joints?

Suspension is much better, and would recommend the Air Assistors, what an improvement, the raised springs also made a difference. Saved a bit of money too as Elaine was wanting to buy to by some sports bra's if the suspension did not improve. :)
