Hi.Whereabouts are you? There's bound to be someone local who can help.
Re: Removing a kitchen
I've not taken one out but I did fit one in a while ago.
Unscrew the the switch panel and disconnect the wiring plug.
From what I can remember the actual plastic body of the unit is held in place with a few self tappers in places, I think they are easily seen.
Obviously take out the cooker and water bottles.
Once the plastic body is removed you can see the chassis with all the electrics.
Disconnect and remove the battery and any other wiring from the loom and make sure that any live wire connections on the loom are insulated, I'm not sure where the mains feed coming into the van is but I guess it will be fairly obvious.
The actual chassis is bolted down with two nuts on the top of the wheel arch, where the seat connection is.
You will then need a side panel trim to cover the hole and the passenger side seat. Also I think some/all had a fan in the side window which will need disconnecting.
Stick it one eBay if you don't want it as they seem to fetch decent money.
Hope this helps.
