Booking Arrangements

This event starts on Wednesday 19 June and runs through to Monday 24 June. It is a member's only event, although non-members are very welcome as day visitors. Full event details are at http://www.igmaynard.co.uk/bongo/bash2013.htm
Tickets will go on sale for the Bash as follows.
0930 on Thursday 4 April. Electric hook-ups. £14 per night. Telephone bookings only. You must book a minimum of 3 nights. We have 56 pitches available. If previous years are any guide, they will sell within the first 3 hours, so please only book an electric pitch if it is absolutely necessary.
Once they have gone we will move on to "Split" electric pitches. These are £12 per night. You share the 13amp supply with a neighbour. No hairdryers or microwaves! There are 12 of these pitches available. Once all electric and split electric pitches are sold, we will operate a waiting list.
0930 on Tuesday 9 April. Non-electric pitches go on sale, by phone and online. There are 240 of these at £10.50 per night.
When making your booking please have your membership number and vehicle registration details to hand.
