Factory fit sensors

Post by Tidmo » Wed May 08, 2013 8:31 am

Im looking to move the live feed for my corner sensors, due to them being perminantly on when my Willinton kit is connected.
Any ideas where i could take a feed from so they only activate when the ignition is in the next position on from acc?

Also i dont want to break the switch when prising it out, any tips please?

Cheers guys

Its not normal for the standard Sensors to have been switched across to to the L/B, they certainly aren't on the normal fuses replaced ?
The factory fitted sensors are supplied from this fuse;

Are you sure they are the factory fitted ones, do you have both the front and rear displays ?

If they are not the standard ones then, I would suggest you search out the module and find where they have picked up the switched supply - most likely from this fuse which is powered from the Ancillary position on the Ignition switch and then move it over to the fuse above;

If the first fuse above has been swapped over to the L/B, then I've got to ask why! Maybe it was in mistake for the fuse above it ?
