Bongo Fury

Hi Folks, does anybody out there know of any plastic inner wheel arches that would fit or can be addapted to fit the Bongo?

Don't think this is feasible really as they need to be a snug fit so as not to become a mud trap themselves. Also need to be clear of suspension and brake hoses on full lock, full suspension compression etc. Also some factory ones hold mud and wet leaves. The best option is stoneguard/waxoil and regular hosing down

I had considered making some for the rear wheel arches out of a sheet of thin plastic material, but as mentioned, you're probably better off keeping them visible and properly Waxoyled. The ones in the front trap a huge amount of muck and leaves at the bottom of the wing below the door hinge which should be checked and cleaned periodically.

Hi Mike,are you looking for an inner wheel arch/housing to replace a rusted/rotted one or is it the plastic protectors that you wish to replace.

Hi the wheel arches are ok i'ts just the start of rust around the rear wheel arches, I thught that maybe fitting plastic inner arches would
help keep the elements away and maybe the rust, at least for a while longer.
