Bongo Fury

Hi all

Just looking under the steering wheel at the heating controls.
I have found a wire with a clip hanging off. Maybe an earth cable?
It has a screw and white plastic clip, with two wires going into it.
Any idea what it is, and what it should be screwed too?

Found it. It was just in lipped from the side pannel.
Still don't know why heating is blowing cold till 30 degrees
Though.
