Bongo Fury

The Bash will be held from Wednesday 18 to Monday 23 June at Lickhill Manor in Stourport on Severn, Worcestershire. Booking arrangements including prices will be announced on the members area of the main website in due course.

To stay overnight you must be a club member. Electric kook ups are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis and booking commences on Thursday 20 March. You must book a minimum of 3 nights for an electric hook up.

Day visitors are very welcome. You do not need to be a member to be a day visitor.

A reminder that tickets for electric hook ups go on sale tomorrow at 0930. Bookings are by telephone only on the main office number 0114-2550836. Do not send emails or use the mobile number as we will not have a chance to respond until the afternoon. Please have your membership number (it's on your laminated card) and your vehicle reg available at the time of booking.

If previous years are any indication then all the electric hook ups will be sold by 12 noon. We only have 1 telephone line so please be patient. The best time to ring is when things are not quite as hectic. You are more likely to get through after 10.45am.

We will post a running total of how many slots are left in this thread tomorrow.

Thanks for your support everyone. All electric and split electric pitches have now been sold and we are operating a waiting list. Non electric pitches are readily available and can be booked online from Sunday evening or by telephone from Monday morning.
