Hi All
I am thinking of disabling the EGR valve on my 2000 fly by wire Bongo as it lacks power. I have done all the usual things, checked the valve/pump timing fuel system throttle settings etc. So i'm down to disabling the EGR system. Where do I put the blanks, do I remove the whole system or do i have to leave the system open so it can fool the ECU

Disabling the EGR isn't really going to do much to improve a pre-existing poor performance issue. More likely to be a turbo or vacuum issue. The later turbos have vacuum adjusted vanes so are more sensitive to issues with vacuum.
