VDub Friends

Dear Bob,have I missed something? I shall try and be succinct. I am not a friend I AM A BONGONAUT 
. I have a VDub and was at the AGM. My membership number is below 300 and there was someone on site with a mem no below 40 and in a VDub. I had my Bongo for 10 yrs. and so did mem no below 40. Why does VDub ownership have to be minueted? Please explain. There will be many more VDubs at the next Big Bash.
