hi all i have recently bought a bongo and am looking for idea to make it look better without spending a fortune any ideas?

they look great as they are
but if you want to pimp it just find things you can do yourself so you can put your mark on it

A good clean and polish, black out / tint the windows and a nuce set of wheels

I have a 96 plate with the orange reflector across the tailgate which I think makes the bongo look a bit dated.Painted it to match the bodywork(black),looks much better.

Put a picture up as it is now and we can have a look. Different colours make a difference to what you do to them. Mines white but everything was white so I have added more black to tone it down a bit. I think it has worked.

I've got an all white tintop, and am planning on stickerbombing it. Well, when in Japan. Or something

In order of ease and cost (lowest and easiest first):
Remove rust and repaint the widescreen wipers,
Remove and possibly replace tatty decals,
Touch up and other fixtures and fittings (such as the rear window circular fixing points which can be faded or have paint missing),
Tart up the grill with a fresh lick of paint,
The list goes on and the cost gets higher.....
