ISO lead adapter for stereo

Life is always too complicated.

My bingobangobongo came with Suki (well I called her that), an Eclipse double din Japanese stereo, Sat Nav, mini-disc player extraordinaire.:

Sadly there was no way to change it to English, and whilst being informed I was travelling close to various dubious looking snack bars was fun, I decided to get a DAB replacement anyway as the only station it could pick up was radio 2.

I naively assumed, since it was aftermarket, and a 99 model, it'd already have the adaptors. Sadly not, so I ordered a bongo ISO lead adaptor off of the interweb:

which had female plugs like this:

sadly the cables coming out of the bongo look like this:

Now I'm guessing the grey one might be the GPS receiver .. . but the other two do not fit in my adaptor - so is the adaptor wrong? Or do I have crazy non-standard bongo audio leads?

Help??

J

Ash... So the adaptor i bought is fine... And I'm looking at the tail end of another adaptor for the old stereo?

I did dig deeper but couldn't spot anything, will have another look tomorrow when it's light. Of there's nothing does it mean that wires have been cut and spliced and that?

Thanks

J

I've also just spotted the duplicate threads... Curse of posting from mobile, apologies, can a mod delete the other 2 please?
