buying a bongo

Hi,
I'm hoping to buy a bongo and I've got a couple of questions.
1. Having looked on the forum there are a lot of questions about child seats and the bongo rear seats. Are bongo seats OK to take a child seat and is it OK to have a child seat on a rock and roll bed if one is fitted?
2. As the bongo is an import is there any documentation I should be looking for/at when buying, for example is there a registration certificate or similar that is needed?
3. I've seen some bongos from a seller on eBay based in torfaen, pontypool Wales and wondered if anyone had used them or knew if they were a reputable bongo dealer.
Apologies for the long list of questions but any help would be appreciated
