One of the best I'd heard was in the late 60's ...student lavvies London Uni....there had been a bit of a student "do", and one of the overhead cisterns had been pulled away from the wall, leaning precariously at a dangly sort of angle....a sign proudly announced "All Cisterns Go"

There used to be a poster available with that on it,of a rather large gentleman sat at a table,fork in one hand with a t*rd on it surrounded by flies.
