Bongo Fury

Guys, I was wondering if anyone has recommendations for small steps/ladders to get into the AFT a bit easier. I have the full range of old and young trying to get in there and I've also noticed the stitching starting to come apart where people stand on the middle row of seats. Instead of me researching and reinventing the wheel, has anyone got the perfect set up they would recommend?

Otherwise maybe buy a second hand ladder and cut to length.

Not done this myself, and of course you need to stow it for travelling.
