Bongo Fury

Morning all. I helped daughter move to Ponty over last few weeks. We took a trip to Holmfirth last Sunday (last of the Summer Wine). I do not think I have found friendlier people, there or in Ponty. To anyone from that area, thank you for making my daughter so welcome. She also has an unusual pet...a Red Wolf , from one of the eastern European countries....he (Flint) has also been welcomed everywhere we have been. We managed to find 'Sid's cafe' but missed Nora batty's steps'. Going back next month to the Cat & Fiddle pub. Second highest pub in England but has been shut for a while..open next month apparently.

My other half is from Mossley just across the tops from Holmfirth. We are in the process of moving back up there hopefully and Holmfirth is top of the list. But shhhh keep it quiet!
