Been looking round for another Bongo really fancied a 4WD Diesel but I have seen some rubbish ones about.
Got a max budget of 5k so that may also be a factor in the above anyhow I have arranged to go to S/Hampton tonight with OH, she will be driving my 2.0ltr back if successful, [-o<
Several dealers all in roughly the same area should have a bit of choice.
They are: Southern Bongos. Jap Autos,Budget Bongos all have a selection of Diesels, 2.5 petrol, tin tops and ATF`s
So has anyone on here had dealings with any of these dealers?
PM if you like.

Well I have one it would seem!
Put an offer on one on Fleabay and it has been accepted I do hate buying unseen but it seems to be an honest description and guy has good feedback else I wouldn't have bothered.
Its an oldie but then so am I and its a 4WD Diesel with updated front and no interior conversion, which is what I was hoping for. Its going to be a keeper, subject to our new mayors LEZ plans of course, so I don`t mind a bit of expense sorting it out and I know where to come if I need help. :D
Will keep you all posted [-o<
Oh and a plus is I will be travelling down or up? in the wife's Smug (Smart car). So my 2.0ltr will be safe on the drive at home. \:D/

Excellent. With your background and savvy it'll make a good project. I'll be interested to see how you feel about the 2.0l after enjoying the lazy torque and load lugging grunt of the diesel (not to mention the mud beating ability of the 4wd). For me, the diesel Bongo is the definitive machine.
