Bongo Fury

Can anyone recommend a company that can "smarten up" my newly acquired Bongo? Im thinking new carpet, seat covers (possibly even seats), and new cusions for rock and roll bed preferably not too far from west London area.

Hmmm still no reply to this. I can only think that a good googling session is called for as you don't so much need a Bongo specialist as a car interior refurbisher. I'll stick my neck out and say you might get better bangs per buck if you found someone away from the London area, as Londons higher overheads are likely to mean higher charges and / or more rushed work.

Have a Google of 'Coach Trimmers'.

These are generaly quality car upholsterers and more.

For Bongo carpets you may do ok looking for good used rather than having new ones made, but this is quite possible.

Used seats from a converter may be a good bet, but for bespoke conversion stuff the original fitter/converter may be worth trying.

All down to what you want to spend,but hopefuly some ideas here for you, Mike's thought are good, too.

I do know a quality company near me, not cheap and booked up some while ahead. Personal friends so I will provide details by PM if requested, rather than advertise. Direct trains to London from local station.

Good spot and good company. I've got a few of their excellent products but didn't realise they did that service.

I recall a company Southampton way being recommended for re-upholstering seats, for example taking the curves out to make them more comfy for sleeping.

Might be worth searching the forum and including Southampton. I have a hunch Simon Jones contributed so perhaps check his posts. Sorry I can't be more specific - rubbish memory.
