Does anyone know if Bongos were ever fitted with this engine?
Seems very unlikely probably a typo.

That engine was fitted on the Bongo Brawny, if we can believe Wikipedia:

"Dec. 2004 Minor change new Common rail direct injection diesel 2.0 RF-CDT engine introduced new model codes SKF6 applied for diesel models."
