Hi can anyone tell me where the heater valve is please as my heater is permanently hot despite th18 degres

There isn't a valve as such, the coolant always runs thru the heating matrices (Front and Back) and then Vanes inside the air box mix and direct air as required check out the direction and heating mechanisms often the links to the disk or heating vane (Passenger side) get kicked.
