Beer'n'Skittles Weekend 7th to 9th September

BongoBaz has asked me to post this as he's off-grid at the moment. The Anchor Inn at Epney, near Gloucester, on the banks of the Severn, welcome Bongonauts to a weekend of beer and skittles. The cost is £10 per night and space is limited to 20 vehicles staying in the car park. There is access to a WC overnight but no electric hook-ups or showers.

Post your name here if interested and Baz will collect money on arrival. Baz will be staying beyond the weekend before going down to Looe.

I've had a chat with the Landlord and agreed that as there are limited facilities the charge should be £5.00 per night.
Grass field will be available but space for awnings limited.

Would ordinarily be interested but will be on my way down to Plymouth/Looe that weekend and it's not really on my way, plus it's Terry's birthday on the 8th, so better say No.

So Baz, does this mean if you don't get enough Bongoers that the week-end won't happen?
Or is it open to his other customers?

I don't think we can make this one.
We're only just home from a three week Bongo trip and 'Senior Management' dictates a few days at home.

There is a good chance of a Severn Bore at this meet plus Frampton Country Fair.

Right should be getting the van back this week, so planning on making this event, always wanted to see Bore as well

He's arranged it twice on Monday and a twice on Tuesday even a 4* Bore! So after that we will come down to Looe and tell you all about the Bores....
