Hi folks,

Freda has been having a bit of a facelift this weekend and while we had the grill out we noticed this dent in the front is worse than we first thought.

Has anyone got any idea what the part is called?

It is the strip under the headlights and above the bumper.

Can't help with the name or part number but if it was mine I'd be seeing if I could get behind it and gently knock it back out. Wouldn't say it was structural although more technical members will be along shorthly to clarify.

We did have a little go but it was a bit close to the radiator and to be honest, we got a bit scared! Lol. She is off into the garage on Wednesday for a new waterpump and some welding so might ask them then. :)

It unbolts from the front quite easily
From memory, take the headlights out then it's several 10mm bolts.
Watch it though, it is a very thin panel with little strength when off.
