Bongo Fury

Hi folks. Trying to replace the central locking remote fob for my bongo (2000) as the casing is broken. Cant find a replacement online or anything of a similar shape. I'm not sure whether mine is OEM or aftermarket but I guess I need the same style for little circuit board to fit in..? Does anyone have such a thing or suggest a source?
