We have received some queries about whether the club meetings will be going ahead as planned. The answer is "yes" but subject to the following.

As usual refunds can only be given up to 10 days prior to the commencement of the event; but
If a campsite cancels an event, then it is refunds all round
If government/medical advisors instruct events to be cancelled then each event will be treated on its merits. For instance, some campsites (like Hope) have non-refundable deposits that the club has already paid. Others (like Stourport) only charge the club on a per-van-in-attendance basis.

At all our meetings we will be strictly enforcing the 3 metres apart rule. So no joining together of awnings etc. Parking/camping in allocated slots only. If you want to be near friends this must be made clear at the time of booking.
Anyone developing Coronavirus symptoms at an event shall be asked to return home to quarantine themselves.
