Hi I have got a leak from the Transfer box (1995 2.5 Diesel 4x4) it is leaking from where the front prop goes in , where can I get replacement seal , and is it something that I can replace with the transfer box in situ , I’m hoping that I just need to remove the front prop . It leaks when cold and is too bad to drive .From research I will check the breather , I think I’ve found it near the electrical connection on top .
Thanks in advance
Paul

If Ian doesn't have the part at
www.bongoland.co.uk then try
www.mazdabongo.com or ebay or a mazda main dealer.

Bongospares are your best bet. Bongoland don't stock these seals although if you can find the part number can order a new one from Japan (big order being placed next week).

Just an update for people who might have same problem, I removed the prop shaft and the offending seal , and I realised it was actually leaking from the seal between its mounting rather than the prop shaft part of the seal , I cleaned up the seal and put it back in with Wynns gasket seal , and it’s been leak free for the last 2 months !
