Coolant / head problem

Hi I've got a 2.5 diesel turbo bongo it's got exhaust gases coming out of the coolant bottle is this the head its self I think it is can anyone help thanks

Yes, that sounds like a cracked cylinder head.

Be careful where you source the head plenty of rubbish on Ebay. Good luck.

Do, please, be certain to find out, and fix, why it failed.
