Bongo Fury

Looking at the back of the front bumper from undr the wheel arch image* What is the purpose of those spikey things???
They are attached to the bumper iron plate.

They help you locate the correct position while you put it back on.
Good for the Saturday night pedestrian too.

That is what I thought but they dont go into anything so maybe waspie had a later bumper fitted to an older model.
I had wonderdd if they were to locate the undershield that is missing on mine.
