DYI compression check

Hi guys!

I found a description of the DYI compression check. Could you tell me if it fits Bongo and if it's valid before I do something stupid?

1. remove the left front wheel

2. unscrew both lower plugs (on them we measure)

3. under the hood remove the air filter box (in the HP version remember about the vacuum at the back of the box so as not to break a hose or solenoid valve stub), remove the flexible coupler from the throttle (here I would also advise gentle with the three hoses coming to it. Plastic connectors break very easily. Best to catch with pliers and gently pound)

Unplug four ignition coils. (necessarily because the removed pipes burn coils and connected spark plugs will distort the measurement and the engine dead spit 10 bar)

5. remove fuel pump fuse

6) Connect the OBD device in order to read rpm during the measurement.

7. measure the manometer on both rotors, in turn, turning the starter about 4 to max 5 seconds with the clutch and accelerator pedals pressed to the floor.

Welcome!
Doesn't sound anything like a Bongo!
Which engine do you have to start with ?
and what is the problem or why do you want to measure the compression ?

Sounds like a wankel rotary engine
