Just about to change my cambelt and wonder if it is worth fitting a new cam belt tensioner bearing and spring. I'm all in favour of preventative maintenance but dometimes I go for the - if it ain't broke don't fix it theory. Any thoughts?

I wholeheartedly agree, while you're in there DO IT. the ££ it cost will pale into insignificance if it breaks.
