Leisure battery not charging on hook-up

Hi All

Sorry if this topic has been covered before. My leisure battery drained overnight while I was on hook-up, I had nothing running apart from my 12v fridge. I thought that hook-up was supposed to charge the LB?

Welcome aboard!

All depends on what has been installed in the conversion!
What sort of installation do you have, any photo's, is it a named conversion ?
These are typical systems that would have an inbuilt charger/12v supply;

However many installations even from some of the smaller converters are little more than DiY jobs, with control panels from eBay and the like and very little knowledge of what is needed or how it would be used!

Thanks for your reply, the conversion is a 321 away, can't see anything like a control panel, we turned the fridge off whilst on the hook up the last couple of nights and the leisure battery kept its charge.

I seem to recall that they have some fuses and switches behind the Drivers seat ? Have you checked around there ?

These are the two boxes behind the driver's seat, the one on the left has a constant green light illuminated.

Yes the one on the left is a 12 volt supply for running and charging the 12 volt battery.
If the Fridge is running from 12 volts and only from the battery then it sounds like either a connection from the supply or the supply itself has failed, you will really need to have a check around with a voltmeter to see what is going on.
