Remote viewing of Bongos

Hello again!
Another day, another question :D

As Bongos are being put up for sale all over the UK (and could be a long distance from potential buyers), are there any savvy Bongonauts able to go and look over a vehicle and offer their advice on if its a good buy or not?
I suspect that the AA or RAC probably offer this but they're not Bongo experts.
Is this something members already offer?

Sid

That would be a huge responsibility, not something I would be happy doing for someone else.

But that’s just me.

Indeed, quite a responsibility as most of us aren't mechanics!

Why does the AA or RAC need to be a bongo expert to test/inspect a vehicle / van ??

I daresay that they don't! I only posed the question in case inspection of a Bongo was a bit more specialist than what AA/RAC provide.

It would be good to have an additional set of eyes looking over a purchase with their own Bongo knowledge (and all the foibles and idiosyncrasies of the marque) but obviously any opinion is subjective! :D

If you Google 'mazda bongo inspection sheffield' you'll find a few garages that work on Bongos and are likely to inspect them. You may have to arrange for the seller to take the Bongo to the garage.

May be worth thinking about buying from one of the reputable dealers we know.
