Seatbelt Buckle Receiver

Would anyone have a seatbelt buckle receiver for the very back flip up seats.
I bought my van without the flip up seats but managed to buy and fit replacements. Only one seat had a buckle receiver attached to it so I'm looking for another one. The inertia seatbelt straps with tongues are still fitted to the back of the bongo.

Be aware that the receivers for the buckle seem to have changed over the years, you need to make sure you get the right type!
