Is there any adjustment on front passenger door

Hi All,
I have finally fitted my kitchen and finished all the electrics so am trying to sort bodywork out.
I bought a second hand passenger door as my old one had rusted at the bottom.
After getting help today I fitted the new door, using the bolts and nuts on the hinge to door interface as it looked like a lot of work to take all the wing off to get to the other fixings at the other end of the hinge.
All went back on ok and door closes well.
Now for the problem, the door is flush with the body at the handle side but at the hinge side it mist stick out proud of the side about 5-8mm.
I have scoured the forum and facebook but I can’t find any info on this or reference to it.
I cannot see any adjustment on the hinges at all. Old bolts, door and hinges all seem to line up so i’m stumped.
Does anyone know how or if there is any adjustment or are there different sized hinges, although I reused the original ones on the van.
Any info would be greatly appreciated .
Many thanks.
Wayne.
