Tyres and pressure

Hi have been reading some of the threads on tyres and am very confused
I have a 95 4wd diesel and the current tyres on it when brought are 215/15 R15C all the way around and was informed front is 30 psi and back is 34 psi
I have read the front tyres are meant to be 195 and am totally confused about this and not sure if I need to get these tyres changed also states this on the door sticker. Do not want to damage drive train if this could happen but don't want to change them if not needed as money is tight
Also feels a bit too loose on the steering and am wondering it is just because I am new to the bongo or the tyres/tyre pressures are wrong
Please can someone tell me what is the best thing to do thanks so much
