AA Vehicle Check - Mileage Discrepancy

We sadly had our Bongo (Margot) stolen last Dec. Thankfully the insurance has paid out and we are now looking for another one.
We have seen one we like and have done an 'AA Vehicle Check' on it which showed an alert regarding Mileage. The alert states "Information provided by the National Mileage Register indicates there may be a discrepancy with this vehicle's mileage" and then gives a chronological list of all the mileage that has been recorded for the vehicle - see attached.
We spoke to the seller about this - he said that mileage alerts are common with Bongos as sometimes MOT places report in miles rather than KMs (which is what the odometer records)
There is indeed one historical entry on the chronological list which shows a drop in mileage, which could be due to a MOT centre reporting it in Miles rather than KMs.
The mileage we spotted on the KM odometer when we saw the vehicle tallies with the last entry on the chronological list, recorded by the National Mileage Register - so all appears to be ok. BUT.....
The vehicle comes without any service or previous MOT paperwork, as it has been salvaged. It was classified as a Cat S last year but has since been repaired and re-registered with the DVLA.
Has anyone had a similar experience?
Does this constitute major alarm bells?
Any advise very welcome!
Thank you
