Hi everyone and thanks for all your help with my recent postings. Heres a new problem that has arisen, that some of you may have already encountered on your conversions.
I'm wanting to remove the whole heater unit from the rear of the van so thatI can utilise the considerable space left and the overhead outlets for fitting an 'eberspacher' diesel heater and the remote compressor for my fridge.
There are two problems that I have encountered:-
1) how to cap off the aircon pipes
2) How to deal with the coolent pipes - can I just take the heater matrix out of the circuit and join the flow and return together?
Any help or advice would be appreciated.
Cheers keith - Scarborough :?

Think seriously about using the existing heater ducting/outlets keef - Eberspacher strongly recommend not to - these units heat the air up to 300 deg and could seriously damage the plastic on the Bongo - could be a potential fire hazard

cheers dandy,
it would have been an easy option. There are plenty of other alternatives if start to look properly. Cheers Keef
