Rear windscreen heater

Can anyone help,my window heater wont work at the rear 
Where do i need to have a look please. 
Where do i need to have a look please. Well when mine didn't work it was the switch not working properly (also my warning light on the dash didn't come on). Bellhill sent me one and it was dead easy to fit. Other common problem is the wires fraying through where it goes from the main bodywork into the tailgate at the top.
