Is Dot4 the correct brake fluid for the Bongo

Just a quick one. I'm expecting to refresh the brake fluid in Mango shortly. I have seen a thread that Dot 4 is the right brake fluid for the Bongo but a quick confirmation from other sources would reassure me. Anyone able to advise?
Thanks chums

No other repies so far, Mike - but that's what I would use!

Hi Mike
It says type S(whatever that is!) in the manual.
It doesn't pay to mix brake fluids, because some are not compatible but, as you are changing all the fluid, Dot 4 should be fine.

Thanks chaps. I've asked about type S in the motor factors and got blank looks (though no doubt a Mazda dealer will sell it to me at a huge price).
What worries me a bit about using other than type S (and of course this assumes previous mechanics in UK or elsewhere have stuck faithfully to Type S) is that I cant see so how to avoid the fluids mixing as all I'll be doing is bleeding through until the fluid comes through clear. But it doesnt follow that all the old fluid is flushed out - could be just clear (old) fluid from the reservoir coming out the bleed nipples, if you follow me.
Mike
PS - couldn't post this earlier as BF went down on me with a CGI HTTP header error (oooooooooooooh Matron!)

Mike
The old fluid won't be clear but, if you are concerned, you could always empty your reservoir of the old stuff before bleeding. This will only leave the fluid in the pipes which will be replaced by the bleeding process.
