ABS Sensor please

Post by bob uk » Tue Feb 24, 2015 9:50 pm

Hi All
I hope someone can help
We have a P reg 2 wheel Drive 2.5 Turbo Diesel Bongo
The ABS light came on the other day
I’ve had a look at it and found the N.S.F ABS Sensor is open circuit
All the others seem okay and give a signal when I turn the wheel but nothing from the N.S.F. and reading totally open circuit
I made a few calls and they are available but cost £175 for a genuine part
Does anyone know where I can get a pattern part? Or if one from another Mazda is compatible even if I have to rewire the plug or something?
Luckily I have just had my MOT and the sensor failed a few days later but I would like to get the ABS working again you never know when you might need it!!!!!!
Thanks Bob

you may find it imposible to remove without damage or the bolt snapping off, so some only sell the complete front swivel when second hand but george will sort you out.
