Loads of oil sprayed up inside of wheel arch and looks to be seeping from bottom of Spring

Help - just took the bongo on a longish drive and left it a hour, went outside and oil is on the floor :( - it has sprayed all up the wheel arch and look to have come from the shock absorber, it's due to have all the drop links and bushes replaced next week - should I be buying new shock ?
