Thanks. I bought it through ebay privately so pretty sure I have no recourse there. I'll see what the test garage says. Failing that its going to get expensive. I have another friend who fabricates and restores all manner of cars. Mainly Austins so fingers xd he can perhaps help me out.

I won't be using it, until it take it to the testers garage. But I will more than likely report it to vosa regardless of what he has to say for himself.

The garage that I said I called this morning, was the tester. He did say if it not structural it wouldn't of failed. Hi. I'm looking at changing the v5 to a motorhome aswell. Just wondering if the middle seats would technically qualify as a table?
