Re: Mystery wire
Thanks Geoff. My current bongo is R Reg 98 but for some reason has the 95 wiring. And as I said, wires that don't match up and unlabeled connectors. I'll look at the diagrams tomorrow. Had enough today.

Re: Mystery wire
This isn't going well. Every time I try to follow a wire on the diagram, it goes no where. Either to a connector and then not out the other side. Or I just can't match the connectora in the car to the wiring diagrams.
Do we have a photo resource of the X connectors? I can't seem to match them up ...

Re: Mystery wire
Ok. That's useful. So I might have to have a good think about how to get this sorted. Fyi this is based on a previous thread of mine where someone had cut and modified a few wires to make the AFT run direct off the main (and only) batterywith engine off. I'm just trying to put it back how it ought ...

Re: Mystery wire
Think I might have a problem as I seem to have a blend of the wiring. my green wire from the fuse box goes into a loom and then into an x13 connector (from the later wiring diagram).
Is it possible this van has had the AFT added, but a pre 97 version on a 98reg vehicle? Anyway to check it has AFT ...

Re: Mystery wire
Thanks Geoff. I definitely had this wire in my other bongo (recently scrapped). And it has that foam outer. So definitely OEM. The green wire is the thick one in the loom running down the A pillar to power the AFT. There's continuity between it and the green power wire in the roof open/closed switch ...

Re: Mystery wire
Up is into the A pillar loom. Down?? The white wire I believe goes to the dashboard loom. The blue connector in the picture carries a pink wire which I believe should go to the sound module.
But again, these three wires were just jammed into the back of the fusebox.

Mystery wire
I'm still having issues with roof and some wiring that's been done. Got the wiring diagrams and can follow them, but there is a connector, under the steering wheel carrying from the A pillar a green wire and a white wire. The connector simply is an extension so that the colours follow through. And ...

UC browser doesn't work for me to see the Flash site. I've tried it on Android and Chromebook - no joy.

Re: Rear washer pipe
Thanks Geoff.
I took that panel off and found a very crushed pipe. Pinched it open and the watched the water flow! Very happy. Simple fix.
Now back to my PITA electric roof.

Re: Fuse box
I've posted before that my AFT does not want to run when the engine is on. It will only work when the engine is off and it's not enjoying it. So I'm trying to fix whatever was done to it.

Fuse box
Hi
How do I replace wires running to the back of the fuse box? Obviously there's a wire with a female connector (which the fuse then sits in), but do I just pull it all out, or is there a connector tab or something to release it?
Thanks

Re: Rear washer pipe
Investigating further - it's definitely the main length of tube that runs from back of van to front. This seems very difficult to replace so how do I clean it?
I attached a bike pump to the the front end to try to blast some debris to through but nothing. Feels completely blocked.
