The fuse is under the bonnet, in the plastic box near the main vehicle battery. Flip it open and look for the bank of 6 fuses. The one for the heating is second ffrom the right, 30amp.

Marion, Your fob might have a low battery and will need recoding. Try this. (It's from the "Keys" factsheet) If you change the battery in the remote central locking fob, you'll need this procedure to re-code the fob. You can also use this for coding spare or new fobs. 1. All doors closed, ...
